Although we obtained excellent trial results, we understand that the CA workers' system has evolved over the last decade. Most cases settle, but we move our cases rapidly to settlement in a cost-effective manner. An excellent settlement is frequently the best result for our clients. Therefore, since client needs vary, we work directly with our clients to determine how they wish to approach the defense of their workers' compensation cases.
